Our History
YYC CTT is a company offering two professional-level dance classes per week for Calgary’s Contemporary Dance community. Our company was created by Kyra Newton and Meghann Michalsky in 2018. Michalsky is now the sole Artistic Director of YYC CTT. Our programming is supported by W&M Dance Projects.
Our Mandate
YYC CTT's goal this year is to build the capacity of the dancers in the room, especially their stamina and range of physicality. It is really important to us that dancers in Calgary have the opportunity to train and propel their skills.
Our Season
Classes run Tuesday’s & Thursday’s from 9:30 - 11 AM
September 12 - December 14th, 2023 (total of 26 classes)
at Evolved Movement Arts
Cost: $430 (approx. $16.50/class
